- Standard New Zealand and Australian print orders have a shipping cost of $4.00. An ‘order’ might have 1 or 20 books - but the cost is still $4. The orders are dispatched from New Zealand and sent via New Zealand Post and DHL. If the books you request are in stock delivery takes 5-7 working days within New Zealand and 8-10 working days for Australia. Contact us for Express Delivery options.
- Privacy & Security
- User Friendly Resource is committed protecting customer privacy and security. All customer information provided to us, including any contact details, is secure. We will not give or sell your information to third parties. Customers receive automated emails during the purchasing process and newsletters or any special offers if they have elected to join our mailing list. If you no longer wish to receive promotional offers from us, just click the unsubscribe option at the bottom of any email you receive from us. All credit card transactions are securely processed through an external payment service provider called Direct Payment Solutions. Information on their high security standards can be found on their website.
- Returns & Replacements
- Print orders have a 10-day right of return and can be sent back to us within this time period via our freepost address. You must send a copy of your invoice with the books you wish to return. PDF resources on the other hand are sold on firm sale only and due to the nature of the resource DO NOT carry any right of return. For any goods that arrive damaged we are happy to replace the book free of charge or refund you with the value of the book. If you receive a PDF file that is not working or has any errors we advise you Contact us and one of our staff members will assist you.
- Ordering
- You can order our resources using our website, over the phone or by simply faxing us a copy of your order with all your relevant details. If you have one of our fliers you can fax it to our free fax or scan and email us a copy. All PDF orders must have your full name and your email address.
- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- Payment for orders can be made using your credit card or a school purchase order. School purchase order numbers are not required on our end and can simply be invoiced to the school. You can pay by credit card, direct credit, or cheque. Contact us if you would like to receive a copy of your invoice to pay in advance.
All prices are subject to change without any prior notice to individual customers, however User Friendly shall honor any discount specials within the time period advertised. - Viewing Orders
- When you set up an account with us you will be able to log in at any time to view what you have ordered, plus see the relevant PDF links for your e-book orders.
- Changes To Your Order
- Changes to print orders can sometimes be made providing this is done within two days from the date whn you ordered. It is not possible to extend this flexibility to PDF orders.
