Can I view the contents of a resource before I purchase?

All of our resources can be previewed using the “View Resource” link found on each product page. Resource previews are displayed at a low resolution to give you a good idea of the content but are not indicative of the quality.

Am I allowed to photocopy the resources I purchase?

Our resources are photocopiable and permission is given to the schools who buy our books to make photocopies or transparencies of all pages. The copies must be for internal school use only and may not be given or sold to other educational institutions or teachers from other institutions. This school-wide license approach also applies for resources purchased in PDF format.

What are PDF e-book resources?

All of our resources are available in Adobe PDF format as an alternative to buying print copies. PDF resources have a wide range of uses and make keeping track of resources within the school easier than ever before. Common uses include:

Desktop  and laptop computers
Data projectors
Smart boards
iPads
Printing specific relevant pages
Backing up/sharing among staff over school network.

How do I receive my PDF resources?

PDF resources are downloaded directly and instantly from our website when you pay by credit card, or as soon as your order has been approved if ordering with a school order number. You will receive an automated email containing your download link(s).

What is the advantage of PDF format?

PDF format has been getting more and more popular and receiving some excellent feedback. This format is more cost-effective, can be stored on the school network for use by other teachers and printed out in high quality. There are no shipping costs on PDF orders and you can start using your resource almost straight away. Many of our PDF resources also offer interactive functionality, allowing you to navigate more easily using clickable links/buttons.

What is the difference between ‘series’ products and individual titles?

If you would like to order all of the titles from a particular series you can do this using the series listing, which is simply a product combining all of the titles from that series together. Series containing three or more resources are priced to include a discount when purchasing this way.

Do listed prices include GST?

All listed prices are INCLUSIVE of Goods and Service Tax (GST).

How much does shipping cost?

All print orders will have a shipping cost added during the checkout process. This cost is $8.50 per 5 books for New Zealand orders, and $10.00 per 5 books on Australian orders. No shipping charges apply to PDF resources.

How can I pay for my order?

Payment for orders can be made using your credit card or a school purchase order. School purchase order numbers are not required on our end and can simply be invoiced to the school. You can pay by credit card, direct credit, or cheque. Contact us if you would like to receive a copy of your invoice to pay in advance.

Can I receive books on approval?

All of our print books are available on a 10-day approval period. We also offer freepost return on anything you wish to return. Contact us if, for any reason, you would like us to extend the approval period. Please note due to the nature of PDF resources approval does not apply on these orders.
