More Than Movement

More Than Movement uses rhyming stories about a range of different animals as a basis for over 20 learning units that are designed to get young students engaged, up, and about. Each unit is based around a poetic animal story, and all contain an ideas section and a props section, both aimed at furthering the goal of getting students to move like, think like, and learn more about the animals in the stories. Use your voice, costumes, crafted props, toys and mini sets, music and instruments and your environment to entice children to leap, slither, swoop, squirm, stalk and creep!
